My personal favorite is a bit of taco seasoning, tomatoes, and chicken for a tasty Mexican Mac and Cheese Ball. You can make different varieties of these Mac and Cheese Balls by using a different flavor of Ricos Cheese, or even mixing in some other ingredients like tomatoes, corn, beef, chicken, or anything else you can dream up. Just roll, dip, toss, fry, pop in your mouth and repeat…. In fact, leftovers is just about a foreign word in our family!Īfter a quick pit stop to Walmart to pick up some ingredients, we decided to try out our family’s Ricos Cheese Mac and Cheese recipe fried up in tasty, crunchy balls- they disappeared faster than my mom and I could make them! Thankfully, they are super quick to make so we can bust out dozens in a short amount of time. Now, when you think of a “normal” family, you make a decent sized pot and may have some leftovers… Well, in our house, we will use a giant stock pot, have it filled to the top, and almost never have a trace of leftovers.

Growing up, our go to “big pot meal” was homemade mac and cheese. #RicosCheesePleaseĬoming from a large family of nine, we have always thrived on finger foods! Especially those that are quick to make, cheap, and mostly mess free. This post is written by me on behalf of Ricos Products in exchange for sponsorship.
